1. Verification & Server Access
To gain access to the MoH Arena Discord server, react with the :sh_icon: emoji in the verification channel. If you cannot see emoji reactions, go to Settings → Text & Images → Show emoji reactions and enable it. Only verified members can join mixes and access server details.
2. Conduct
Be polite and respectful to all players at all times. Harassment, racism, discrimination, or personal attacks of any kind will result in immediate removal from the community. English is the preferred language in main channels so all players can follow along. Disagreements about calls or results must be handled calmly — bring disputes to an admin rather than escalating in chat.
3. How to Play
Download the game (Medal of Honor: Allied Assault Spearhead), join the MoH Arena Discord, and introduce yourself in the #want-to-play channel. When a mix is being organised, use https://mohsh.pl/mix to have teams generated automatically. Wait for team assignments before joining the server.
4. Match Rules — Joining & Results
Players have 10 minutes to join the server after teams are set. A working microphone is required for all competitive matches — voice communication is part of the game. Once a match has started, the result counts regardless of disconnections or dropped players (unless both team captains agree to a rematch). Stay in the server after the match is over to take a result screenshot for the record.
5. Match Rules — Maps & Disputes
If the two teams cannot agree on a map, the higher-ranked team (by combined ELO) has the right to choose. If individual players cannot agree on a decision, the highest-ranked player present has the deciding vote. Map disputes raised after a match has started will not be considered — agree before the first round begins.
6. Streaming Requirement
All players must stream their gameplay during competitive matches. You can stream via Discord screen share, Twitch, or YouTube — any public stream that an admin can verify. This is the primary cheat-prevention measure. Refusing to stream or ending your stream mid-match without a technical reason is grounds for match invalidation and potential ban.
7. Allowed Modifications & Fair Play
No modified game files, custom player models or skins, wall exploits, or movement scripts are permitted. The custom crosshair menu is allowed. Maximum picmip setting is 2. Custom scopes are not allowed, with one specific exception: thin scopes (which reduce scope overlay thickness) ARE permitted. If you are unsure whether a modification is allowed, ask an admin before using it.
